Kemi Onakoya is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ife and holds a master’s degree in commercial law from the London School of Economics United Kingdom. She is dual qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and has over 25years post qualification experience. She is the Principal Solicitor and Head of the Real Estate and Planning team at Luton Borough Council United Kingdom and acts as the Real Estate Solicitor for London Luton Airport Limited a wholly owned company of Luton borough council.
She advises clients across a broad range of industry sectors including large scale developers, investors, pension funds and Housing Associations. She has a wealth of experience of dealing with multi-million pound projects advising on: Commercial Property work including acquisition and disposal of offices, retail and industrial sites including commercial property investment acquisitions and disposals.

Tosin Salau is a law graduate of Lagos State University and Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Mr. Tosin specializes in Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and has garnered significant experience in Property Law Practice. He appears as counsel before all courts in Nigeria and has actively participated and routinely represented broad range of clients; individuals and corporate bodies alike before various arbitral tribunals.
